Refund and Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes plans may change, and we have established this Refund and Returns Policy to ensure transparency and fairness in our processes. 1. Room Reservation Cancellations

  • Flexible Rate Reservations:
    • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s stay.
  • Non-Refundable Rate Reservations:
    • These reservations are not eligible for refunds, as they are offered at a discounted rate with the understanding that they are non-cancellable.

2. Early Check-Out

  • If you need to check out earlier than the original departure date, refunds for the unused nights will be processed according to the terms of your reservation.
  • For flexible rate reservations, refunds for the unused portion of your stay may be available, subject to the hotel’s discretion and occupancy.
  • Non-refundable rate reservations are not eligible for refunds for early check-out.

3. Special Offers and Packages

  • Special offers, packages, and promotional rates may have specific cancellation and refund policies. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the specific offer at the time of booking.

4. Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Any transaction fees associated with the refund process may be deducted from the total refundable amount.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If you do not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
  • For flexible rate reservations, the first night’s stay will be charged, and the remainder of the reservation may be canceled.
  • Non-refundable rate reservations will be fully charged.

6. Food and Beverage Returns

  • In-Room Dining: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on food and beverage orders unless there is a quality issue or error in your order. If you encounter a problem, please contact our guest services team immediately.
  • Restaurant Services: Refunds or adjustments for restaurant bills are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with the service or quality of food, please address the issue with the restaurant manager during your visit.

7. Events and Banquets

  • Cancellations and Refunds: Deposits for event and banquet bookings may be refundable depending on the timing of the cancellation. Please refer to your event agreement for specific terms and conditions.
  • Force Majeure: In cases where the event must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, refunds will be considered based on the specific situation.

8. Additional Services

  • Refunds for additional services such as spa treatments, transportation, or other hotel services will be handled according to the specific terms provided at the time of booking.
